ISZ 212Ck-T
The ISZ 212Ck-T is a collaboration model between ISZ KNIVES and Hobby Japan, Japan's largest hobby monthly magazine.
Concept
This is a versatile petty knife with a tactical feel. With an overall length of 230mm, blade thickness of 2.9mm, and blade length of 120mm, it is very compact and easy to handle, specializing in the elements of a cooking knife.
The blade steel is the exceptionally rare and high-performance stainless nitrogen steel,
Vanax SuperClean.
This provides overwhelmingly high corrosion resistance, preventing rust even after being submerged in seawater for several days, while also boasting significantly higher wear resistance than VG10 and SPG2. The micro-structure, described as "SuperClean," provides a sharp cutting edge similar to carbon steel, and offers mid-range toughness comparable to MagnaCut, resulting in a robust and sharp blade capable of handling frozen foods, root vegetables, and even fish like sea bream.
Therefore, it is suitable for a wide range of uses, from indoor cooking to outdoor activities such as fishing and wood carving during camping.
The handle is made of black anodized titanium, and the bolts are made of Ti6AL4V titanium alloy. These are covered with the highest-grade high-performance adhesive, Duralco™ 4538.
A composite Kydex sheath is planned.
A high-performance petty knife that can be used universally in any situation.
Please give it a try.
